1 Samuel 23:1-29
On today’s edition of Real Radio, Pastor Jack continues in his verse-by-verse series through the Old Testament book of first Samuel. We’re now in chapter twenty three, which really reveals two apparently unrelated accounts: David’s rescue of Keilah,* a city in the western foothills of Judah. Then, half way through the chapter we’re told of another one of Saul’s pursuits of David. This guy just won’t give up, even though Saul’s son, Jonathan, was loyal to David!
