1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
The rapture of the church is a coming event that Paul shares in every chapter of his letter to the Thessalonians. His desire was to bring hope to the church, that death was not the final act. Paul does not want the church to be ignorant concerning death. If we believe that Jesus died and rose again, we should also believe that the Lord will come again so we can be forever with Him.
