Isaiah 1:1-2:22
The word argument means to give a case for, and God is trying to get both Israel and Judah to listen to Isaiah. The people have lost their care and compassion towards God, and are turning more towards their own pleasures and desires. But, God wants their hearts, not just their religious sacrifices.
