There’s no other way to know God or to know ourselves except in light of God and His word – we desire to have His truth permeate our lives. So as we commend this year to history and to the Lord, I want to speak to you all as fellow pilgrims. A pilgrim’s life is anything but comfortable, in fact, a Pilgrim’s life is fraught with perils, hardship and troubles… And that is exactly what I want to talk to you about – not just another New Year, but with a different kind of year that is ahead of us.
