Philippians 2:1-4
As it was in the days of Paul, and as it is today, the world is hostile towards believers. So, truth is often sacrificed to achieve unity. But what unites us is the truth – God’s truth. That’s why the study of God’s Word, the Bible, is so important. We need to have truth to be like-minded, in one accord, and to elevate others higher than ourselves. Unity comes second to loving one another and speaking the truth in love.
