Psalm 37:3-6“Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.” Don’t give up! You have followed the Lord closely to this point, so why would you think of compromising now? His plan for you hasn’t changed. In this world, temptation will seek to get the best of you, but you mustn’t let it derail you. All your life God has been working to bring you to a place of knowing His perfect will. When everything seems out of step and nothing seems to be working out the way you think it should, God’s plan is advancing along to your benefit. Be patient, remembering that “He shall give you the desires of your heart.” The key here is to “commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.” And while He is doing that, you can rest assured that He will be the One to “bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.” Thank You Jesus for being the God that You are!
